Based on the circumstance, they found a room and allowed us to do early check in so we weren’t stuck walking the city with our luggage. The room was very spacious for midtown and the hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, amenities were nice! "

"The location was perfect for access to Macy's parade and close to Broadway, times square. Suggestions to head to the Macy's parade extremely early for close access to the parade, NYC is busy city with lots of folks and all are heading to the same main event on Thanksgiving day. "
