A good place to stay in midtown. Very convenient. Only two elevators means a bit of a wait at busy times, but not bad at all. Fitness center has the basics. Room was very clean and good size for NYC. Desk space and bathroom were great. Bed comfy and several options for pillow hardness. Ice machine was a bit loud at night, but didn’t keep me up.

The desk person was OUTSTANDING! In addition to a quick and friendly check-in, where he informed me of amenities such as wireless (so nice to have it pointed out instead of just silently handed to me with my key card), he was able to tell me not one but two places where I could get a bacon, egg, and cheese on a NY hard roll in the morning. Really appreciate the friendliness and specific local knowledge.

The elevator is very overused and there is almost always a delay during the busy daytime. The hotel location is very central to all that is happening in downtown NYC!

I liked the service and cleanliness. An apparently homeless man had taken up residence on a bench in front of entrance to hotel. Security visible on site at all times was comforting. I would definitely return for future visits.

The staff were great and very accommodating to our schedule. The location was also perfect for what we needed and the rooms were clean. There were a few issues outside the property but the on site security kept everything under control. Would stay here again but definitely recommend staying on a lower floor because there are only two elevators.

Room is extremely DISGUSTING! There was cigarette burn very visible! Also the carpets are Filthy and Dirty! The TV remote has Scum & Dirt around the keys of it, very nasty!! The AC is filled with Dirty and Dust, very difficult to breathe in the room. Carpet had HAIR from another guest, very disgusting would not recommend. Carpet and bed had tears on them. I do not recommend sleeping on the actual sheets. Towels feel course..Worst experience ever!!
