"The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We arrived to the hotel early and they held onto our luggage for us and called me when our room was ready (even earlier than the check-in time). And when we had an early flight the staff helped us get a ride to the airport quickly. The facilities are very clean, beautiful and accessible. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the subway, a parking garage and a lot of restaurants and bars. There is an attached piano bar that we were able to attend and listen to a live singer and a comedian. Overall, a great place to stay. "

"I think that the Truss Hotel TS is a nice and not super expensive hotel. My friend and I were impressed with the room space! Plus, all the commodities were nice, too. Staff was nice and always had water for us. What I disliked was the cleanliness of the room. There was lots of dust everywhere and the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept. The walls were dirty, too… the good thing is all of it can be fixed. I had a nice stay, thanks! "
