"I paid for the breakfast. Breakfast buffet was very good. Hotel is very well maintained. I had an issue with the heater in my room. It was fixed promptly. One small issue was that the room service never refilled the body lotion in the bathroom… they replaced the old towels and bedsheet and cleaned the room everyday (I stayed for 3 days)."

"The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We arrived to the hotel early and they held onto our luggage for us and called me when our room was ready (even earlier than the check-in time). And when we had an early flight the staff helped us get a ride to the airport quickly. The facilities are very clean, beautiful and accessible. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the subway, a parking garage and a lot of restaurants and bars. There is an attached piano bar that we were able to attend and listen to a live singer and a comedian. Overall, a great place to stay. "
