The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The decor of the room was nice although it was small. The staff was friendly and helpful. Note that there isn't really a lobby in this hotel although there is a lounge on the second floor.

The beds are comfy and showers warm with great pressure! The rooms are quiet and the location is great! My room was the size of a closet but I knew that when I booked. Just be prepared for little storage space, tiny bathrooms (though very stylish), and a minuscule front lobby/desk.

This boutique hotel is chic — and spotless! Great interior design and a downtown vibe without trying too hard. The entire staff was welcoming of me and my dog (unlike many pet friendly hotels, they go out of their way to make your creature feel comfortable…without the hefty nightly pet fee, just a reasonable one-time fee per stay). This is the hottest neighborhood in Manhattan, with Broadway, West 57th Restaurant Row, Hudson Yards, and Hell’s Kitchen at your fingertips. I’ll be back!
