"The location was perfect for access to Macy's parade and close to Broadway, times square. Suggestions to head to the Macy's parade extremely early for close access to the parade, NYC is busy city with lots of folks and all are heading to the same main event on Thanksgiving day. "

"Customer service is great. Very helpful worker. They clean the room everyday. Very accommodating. Overall service and staying is great. Only I didn’t like it’s a lot of homeless sleeping and staying outside in front of the hotel during the day."

"This was our 3rd time in NY and loved this hotel. Location was excellent with subways close by and walkable to central park, times square and broadway. The lobby area was gorgeous and the cafe a lovely addition to grab coffee and breakfast items. Bedroom was big for NY standards and beds extremely comfortable. The only thing missing for us was tea/coffee facilities in the room. We would definitely stay here again. "

"I will definitely come and stay at this hotel again when I come to New York City. The staff was always pleasant and nice and welcoming when you come in and when you’re leaving out for the day. They also knew some local spots for eating that were in walking distance. The area is busy, but not too busy. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. And the bids were very comfortable. The best part of the room is the shower. The water pressure was amazing. Also, it was easy access to get to Times Square and other historical parts of Manhattan. "
