"We stayed here for a night before our flight. The hotel is easy to find and near Heathrow. There was a large queue at the reception each time we went downstairs. It’s rather a warren of a building and a few times we took a wrong turn. Our room was fine, a good size but a bit dated with limited plugs and no USB sockets by the bed (first world problems I know!).
