"Got in early and they let us check ahead of time without charge. Also staff very friendly and very secure making sure people there were supposed to be there. Also gave great directions and help with getting where we wanted to go"

"Overall it was ok but the rooms could be cleaner. Also, their air conditioner is very loud. During the day you don’t notice it that much but during night is really bothering. It would be nice if they had anything for kids too. Some workers were not very kind. Other than that it was easy to access the bus station to go to NY and the area is pretty safe. "

"The room and beds were good but i didn't enjoy the bathroom. The shower didn't have a door and water kept splashing out and wetting the floor. The water pressure on the bathroom faucet was too much and we kept get splashed. The bathroom was definite negative. "
