The Lotte was a fabulous hotel to stay! Location is perfect for walking to all the best stores, and also to restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful. I would stay there again!

Beautiful hotel with courteous, kind and helpful staff - every single one! The location is excellent for Midtown Manhattan. Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We had s family two room/two bathroom suite - loved it!

A well-preserved historical site now an oasis within the bustling city surrounding it. We were welcomed by all staff, allowing us a refuge of peace once we entered our Cathedral view room and dropped onto the luxurious king bed. And room service to boot!

Second time staying here in the last two months and third for my husband. This time our room was nicer (more sun light, in better shape and smelled nice) I love the view of the Cathedral and most of the staff were polite and willing to help. We travel often to NYC and had stayed at many hotels but Lotte Palace has become our favorite hotel in NYC we will definitely stay here again.
