Wonderful property for convenience and walk ability to nearby sights. Came for Macy’s parade and were right on the parade route. Family really enjoyed the trip. Staff was extremely helpful, especially the concierge and doormen.

attractive room decor. good sized king room.smaller, older property, but kept up nicely with warmth and charm. our room on floor 11 was pretty loud, as if faced the street. pillows were the heavier foam type, so if you like a light feather pillow, pack your own. did not eat on property, but did enjoy a cocktail at their bar. friendly, helpful staff.

Great staff and service! Beautiful old building and love how they kept the older look outside and inside. The old elevators are a beautiful touch but when they are busy, you will be waiting! I would go back!

Lighting in room and bathroom could have been better. Air conditioning system was clunky and noisy. Only 3 elevators. Really big spacious, clean room and great location. We found our room very quiet.
