"Good stuff - Fabulous view of the Empire State Building from our balcony! Ginormous bathtub - loved it!!! Staff were very friendly and helpful all the time. Food was good. And the location was perfect for our needs. Not so perfect stuff - Had to share 1 bathrobe for the 2 of us. Not enough closet space. And the bathtub plug had a bit of a leak that we improvised sealing up with a facecloth. But the good outweighed those slight imperfections. So for us we give it a 5 star and look forward...

"I was not expecting the shower to be in the open within the room. I did not like the AM coffee hours with lukewarm coffee. I did not enjoy being able to hear the night club as far away as my room on the 14th floor. I did enjoy that the lobby level bathrooms (that you need your room key to open) are closed at certain times."

"This is a good and affordable location in NYC. We did enjoy the Pizza place, The Chicken, and the cookie places across the street, and there was a CVS right around the corner. This is an older location but has a rustic feel. Please be advised (as noted above) that there are no Elavators. Also, there is a kitty who stays in the hallways.
