Cons: internet very irregular and I also had poor cell service in my room so I was constantly with erratic service, room hvac not very adjustable. The hotel is either on heat or AC. While there in Feb there was a freak warm streak and our room was hot. Despite turning the heat off we still had to open the sliding door to be comfortable. Hot...

"I made reservations last minute due to my flight getting canceled. It was very easy, less than 10 minutes from RENO Airport. The staff was extremely nice, everyone I met greeted me with a smile and spoke to me. The casino area was nice as well. Only bad thing I have to say, the shower in my room looked a little dirty, but I was only there for 6 hours anyway. Other than that perfect "

"This is my second time staying at this property and it has definitely improved! The cash only deposit of $100 should be advertised a little clearer for people arriving late in the evening. Didnt really make sense to me since they didnt check the room before i left... The room was nice and upgraded. The shower was missing the showerhead but it was too late to notify the front desk.."
