The staff here are amazing. Especially Casey! She went out of her way to let us know of the discounts to the local resturants. The place is very quiet, clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable.

Lobby was dirty and uninviting - as soon as we walked in we were sorry we booked here - the pictures looked much better than reality. The parking is awful - I’’m disabled and there was nothing available. We were pleasantly surprised when we came to our room - it seemed updated and clean. However given the lobby and general ambience I doubt we wil stay here again on our way to or from California as we are snowbirds.

This is the first time that we have stayed at this property but it was not impressionable by any means. The rooms were clean but where we were situated was loud and noisy. In addition, we were not told that housekeeping was only available upon request at check in. If so, we would have made a request as we have two little ones, one still in diapers, which makes it hard when the trash bins are full and not emptied. However, it doesn’t make sense as housekeeping was knocking on our door for service. We had spoke to someone from housekeeping in the early afternoon and they said they will come back later to service our room but they didn’t. It’s odd that this was made aware to me after I called the front desk receptionist to inquire and complain about housekeeping that evening. While the receptionist offered to service the room next day to rectify the situation, there was no point as we are leaving the next day and my husband had already taken the trash out. I am not happy with the service to say the least. I get that we had a short stay, but some acknowledgement and accountability would be nice. Parking and breakfast options are limited at this hotel as well. Would not recommend due to our experience with this hotel.

We really liked this hotel. Got in from a 7 hour car ride for the day and room was nice. We took advantage of the pool since our son was in the car so long. We did find the pool dirty. The rest of hotel was nice.
