"The complex is under major renovation. There was no hot water available on my last morning. I’m sure that these issues are beyond the control of the host. We very much enjoyed the restaurant Bacchus downstairs as well as room service on the balcony attached to the room. The jet tub in the room was nice but could have been a tad bigger to fit two people comfortably."

"Overall my stay was pretty good. The bed was comfy and the sheets were silky smooth. I always love a robe and slippers. Location is great, very walkable, close to every type of cuisine you might want, and a fair price for the room. I was surprised that they didn’t have a bar or restaurant and there is no dining room service. Also, I could hear everything happening in the hallway from inside my room. "Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Location was great. Walked to the Yaletown dock and took the Aquabus to Granville. Could use the option to stream or at least movies to rent. TV options were bad. Also could use plugs on the light between the beds so you can charge phones there. "
