"We loved our stay - it was in a fantastic location with lots of restaurant and shopping in the immediate, walkable vicinity. The staff at the hotel were wonderful (especially the concierge who was so knowledgeable and friendly), and the room was gorgeous. "Nice property and great views. The hotel was very busy so a long wait for the elevator. Only negative is that the hot tub is terrible. It’s very small and inside so a bit gross and of course it’s full of kids. The pool is outside and since it was winter it wasn’t busy but the hot tub in winter is a must after the pool. Everything else was excellent. The Arc downstairs has an excellent Sunday brunch. "
