The room we stayed in was very clean and had a balcony with a wonderful view of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was close to shopping and near the boardwalk. Definitely my favorite place to stay while in Vancouver BC. I highly recommend it.

All the ammenities I needed were included in the property (laundry and room service, a spa, gym and pool, starbucks). The security and safety were amazing. Loved the gingerbread house display as well.
