"Our guest room, as well as the entire facility was very clean- especially the fitness room. The staff were professional and very helpful. The site was quite secure and underground parking was separated by two locking gates. WIFI was a bit touch and go. Would definitely stay here again."

"Brilliant stay and accommodation. Clean and very helpful staff. Shower was not as powerful as I hoped but that is a very minor issue. Sadly, not that it affected me but it might for other first time visitors to Vancouver, there are a lot of homeless and drug affected people all around the streets of down town Vancouver. Not sure why this is the case. "

"Great location near Stanley Park with great walking trails as well as restaurants, shops, and grocery. Spacious, clean one bedroom with kitchen. Easy parking. Excellent Italian restaurant on site. Not a 5 star hotel but very comfortable and would definitely stay again. "

"The room was amazing! Lots of space and the little kitchen area was adorable! "Mini fridge" was bigger than expected (thats a GOOD thing!!!!) We will DEFINITELY stay here again! Check in and check outs were super easy, staff were all friendly. "

"The curtains had some me stains on them and some of the wallpaper was peeling. The neighborhood was fine during the day, but not good at night. The hotel made up for this with additional security at the entrances. "

"The entrance to the hotel is off the street through a short alley. We didn't expect this and wondered if we were at the correct place. We also had to provide more than the street address to friends who were picking us up. Lobby and rooms are on floors above and they look more like you would expect. This is a narrow building unless there are elevators we missed. Room was nice. Restaurant/bar was nice. But it is not a 5 star."
