The place is absolutely incredible. Was within walking distance of where all the festivities for Grey Cup weekend. We also mentioned it was my daughter's birthday and they left a great surprise in the room in that day. Would stay here over and over again anytime I'm in Vancouver.

Hotel room was tired and staff was often unhelpful. For the amount they charge I felt like I was getting ripped off. Hotel room does not have air conditioning for a part of the year evidently too which wasn't made clear to me when I booked my room. On the plus side I found the location to be great.

Id call this a very formulate property. It provides a level of comfort and outward facing luxury at the expense of high level of systematic flexibility. Overall who doesn't love staying at a Fairmont? A bit stuffy and old but charming and comfortable.

This is our favourite spot in the city of Vancouver . It is very convenient in terms of location to everything ( shopping / transportation/ sea wall / restaurants). But what keeps me coming back is the outstanding service from the staff .
