Nice property in good location. Room was too cold even though we set the temp at 30c. My friends that checked into their room at the same time were offered free access to the hospitality room with continental breakfast but i was not. Strange because i paid more for our room then they did. My wife was disappointed that there were no slippers in the room like most properties at this level. Cant say i would not stay there again but will probably check other options first.

The Pan Pacific is a lovely hotel in an incomparable location. But this sold out weekend, 2 of the 4 elevators were broken so elevator traffic was terrible. 20 minute wait to get of floor 16. At $600 per night, I expect better. Many unhappy clients because of that.

We love this hotel, its the only hotel we stay at in Vancouver, 2-3 times per year. HOWEVER......the parking cost, are ridiculous. In fact they are so expensive, next year, we will be looking for a new hotel to call home

The credits of food and beverages were denied to use when I dined in one restaurant in the hotel. The staff didn’t mention this until the check out time. The manager denied their negligence and claimed that he had no responsibility for this because the reservation was made through Expedia. Rude and unprofessional.
