It's a really nice modern yet cozy boutique hotel smack dab in the shipyards area. We stayed in a corner room which had an absolutely massive bathroom and felt very high end. Highly recommend.

An excellent boutique hotel in a great location. We thought the room was great, very quiet hotel, and the staff outstanding. We would definitely stay here again - easy access to downtown via the sea bus.

The only negative thing that I can say about this property is the parking. Yes, you can pay for valet parking, which is a premium, or you can pay the flat daily rate. The issue is this area is a destination for shopping, dining and other things. I came back two out of six nights and couldnt park my car until people left the area when businesses closed for the evening. Otherwise, I liked this place and would consider it again on my next trip.
