"I booked this property for our 10 day vacation in Hanoi and we’re super happy to have found it as a five star residences hotel. The Five residences staff assisted us with transportation to and from the airport in a luxury resort Van. The staff greeted us on arrival and processed our check-in very expeditiously. Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen in the apartment is very useful and allowed us to cook small meals. The gym, sauna, steam...

"I was satisfied with the cost by performance. I stayed here for 16 nights. The staff speaks Japanese, whose attitudes are polite and bright. The room was upgraded and clean. They serve free laundry service up to 5 pieces/day, free dinner curry, rice and miso soup during 5-8pm, followed by free rice ball and miso soup during 8-10pm. Perfectly amazing!!!"

"Amazing room, lovely view, pool is so nice and view is amazing from pool. Breakfast was lovely, great vegetarian options. Only 1 problem I had, under the bed had not been cleaned and there was a lot of dirt and bottles/wrappers from previous guests. Everything else was absolutely spotless "

"Lancaster is value for money for business travellers. The right price with plenty of apartment space. The location is also perfect with a very lively street right in front. I had no issues except for a weird smell in the corridor of the room lobby. "

"My 4 days stay at this apartment but were told by their management that cleaner only clean the place every 3 days, even the cleaner did come after my request but no new towels. I will not recommend anyone to book this apartment "

"Service in hotel was very good. Check in and check out was convenient. View from the room is beautiful and calming. The room is clean up and prepared for bedtime. Food at the palm tree restaurant was nice and the service and environment was wonderful. Shopping mall is in walking distance. "
