"The Guesthouse looked new or it has been recently refurbished. Very powerful shower with a lot of water pressure, which I liked. Comfy bed and good size room and bathroom. The location is convenient and there are lots of bus connection links to the centre, which is not far anyway, someone could also walk if they fancy it! Only downside it was the complete lack of responses from the hosts that I tried to contact repeatedly beforehand. Even Expedia tried to contact them unsuccessfully. This should...

"We stayed here for one night as we were stopping in Edinburgh on our way up to the highlands. The room was excellent and to a very high standard. Breakfast was fantastic and freshly made at a time of our choice, which was a unique but pleasant touch. Thank you for a great start to our holiday. "Nice flat very close to city center so it was very noisy all night. The flat is 2 stories up a very narrow stairwell, we did not bring our bags up because of the difficulty of the stairs and where we had to park. There is a paid garage at the radisson a block over (£30 a night), with the sloped streets, it is quite a hike. Bed was not very comfortable but very clean and a lot of space. "
