"We had a fabulous stay, from start to finish. Yasmin checked us in and was so lovely, welcoming and helpful. Our personal hand written welcome card was just such a lovely thing to receive. The location, decor and facilities were everything we could ask for. The room was super and the decor was lovely. There were a few hairs in our room, we particularly had to clean the TV remote control before use. We really loved our stay and looking forward to our next visit. Thank you to all the lovely staff...

"The front door is a bit quirky (the instructions were good but I was late and tired and took a moment to remember them). The room was spacious and welcoming if a little too warm. The bed was a bit saggy. There are a number of switches which don't seem to do anything. And the room is so tall that heavy (and REALLY good!) curtains on a pole are very hard to manipulate."
