"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. "Good hotel at a good price. We slept great our first 2 nights, but not well the next 2 because of noisy neighbors. The walls are very thin, the doors are noisy (creaky and bang shut). The windows keep the traffic noise mostly out. Shower was decent. Walk to St. Pancras was easy."
