"I struggle after back surgery. One of the concierge staff saw I was in pain whilst trying to get hold of a taxi for me. He went and found a chair for me and sorted the cab and then helped me in. Above and beyond service where all the staff are lovely"

"I had an amazing time and felt so safe solo! All of the staff was amazing, and they all went above and beyond to help. I was on the 4th floor so the trains were not an issue for me at all. The rooms are super tiny, like couldn’t even open up my suitcases flat… but for me they were perfect! I had my own private bathroom and I was barely in the room anyway. The property was a little far away from where we were wanting to do things on our visit but there was a good bus and tube connection. "This was a perfect place for us to stay. I was looking for cheap but also for clean. It was both. A for the cleanliness. We also had personable staff who gave us a great recommendation for a breakfast restaurant and also let us keep our luggage with them for a few hours, which really helped us. "

"This hotel is very central and easy to walk to Oxford st, the strand, soho, Tottenham Court Road, covent garden. Our room was a twin and very spacious. Bathroom compact, however suited us ok. Great hotel. Breakfast excellent. My daughter was a bit poorly and i asked for sime fruit and hot lemon water to take to our room, this was got for me and the service was exceptional. Thanks"
