Balil went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Also the lady in the restaurant/ bar . Thank you for your great hospitality

It was simple to check-in but it was very noisy in teh foyer and it was difficult to hear reception as they told me about the hotel. My room was an 'interior' room which meant that it was in the inner atrium side, and the room was really dark. I sometimes wish that hotels had a main large light in ...

Hotel was extremely clean. Staff were continually cleaning common areas and they were very polite and courteous. Room was very spacious.
