"This is my third time at the Ritz. I must say that we were disappointed with a few things and they really need addressing. 1. The soda bed in the room is terrible. It’s like a hammock and it needs changing asap. My granddaughters slept in it and they are under age 10 and had difficulty getting comfortable so I tried it.
