We did not end up staying at this property. When we arrived, our room was not ready and they informed us that all food and drink service was permanently suspended. In addition, there was a large number of customers complaining that rates were not being honored and being told they had to pay higher rates. It was advertised as being in close proximity to the Roger’s arena but was 30 minutes away. Due to the concert we were attending (Taylor Swift) all the major roads were closed so they informed us it would be difficuly to find transportation to/from concert.
