"This is my third time at the Ritz. I must say that we were disappointed with a few things and they really need addressing. 1. The soda bed in the room is terrible. It’s like a hammock and it needs changing asap. My granddaughters slept in it and they are under age 10 and had difficulty getting comfortable so I tried it. "The hotel staff was absolutely amazing. We stayed in two different types of rooms. Very clean needs some upgrades/fixes in the junior suite we stayed in. The deluxe suite was in great condition. They added extra touches like complimentary champagne, homemade cookies/macaroons and fresh flowers. Has a cute tea room for breakfast and a Gatsby bar for drinks :) Would recommend. "
