"Beautiful hotel, amazing staff and good dining options.The only downside is the parking situation - unless you arrive early, plan on valet being full and parking at the National Arts Centre garage on Elgin. Would definitely stay again!"

"Very nice with a kitchen free parking, you can tell. However, that there's going to be really bad people going in and out and eventually the hotel will be destroyed. And ruined people fighting in the mornings. I'm making a mess outside in the hallways"

"Booked this property for the view and was not disappointed! Our room had a fantastic view of the falls. Was a great to look out the window first this in the morning and see the mist of the falls rising and sit and watch the nightly fireworks."
