For some people this would not be a problem but for me it causes anxiety. We did have AC which we were able to use to cold the room. The staff tried very hard to help me with this situation. It was a lovely stay!"

"Very cozy apartment. Excellent location. Had to pay extra for check in after 10pm and was asked to call upon arrival but it went straight to voicemail. Luckily the concierge staff was so nice to let us in and help us call the responsible person to pass us the key. The communication via Expedia is not very user friendly. Hope that can be improved. "

"We stayed at the Sonder while in town for a concert. Location was great - within 20min walk to Queen W and King W for shopping. ~45min walk to Rogers Center. Lots of transit options to facilitate going back and forth if walking long distances isn't an option. Accommodations were beautiful - we stayed in a 2bd, 2 bath with accessible entry and showers (awesome to have available for those requiring environmental modifications). Beautiful decor. Clean unit. High end luxury hair and body care...

"This is my 5th time staying here. I’ve only booked during the off season so the prices are very reasonable. It’s a bonus that there is a fenced in dog park! The cabin was clean, comfortable with a great view of the lake! The staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Great 1 night stay for 2 couples. Lots of space & nice to each have our own bedroom & bathroom. Great facilities if you want to cook or dine in. Would be great to stay couple nights to enjoy pool & the surrounding area. Place is clean, just a little dated but view of Georgian Bay is worth it!!"
