"All personnel at the hotel were friendly, professional, & helpful. We loved the rooms because they were spacious & convenient in that they had all the amenities of a small apartments: kitchenette, fridge, &separate living area from the bedroom. The lobby space was also very effectively put to use; there's a cool bar area that always made the hotel feel 'happening'. Best of all, we were happy with the value for the money spent and a great location within a short walking distance of many of the must-see things for first-timers. All in all we'd recommend this hotel to others."

"I was super happy to stumble upon this newly renovated gem of a hotel. I was traveling by train, the station is less than a block away. It is also only a few blocks from the Eaton center. I was treated exceptionally well by all staff including the front desk, the bartenders, manager, and cleaners. The rooms are relatively small but extremely well laid out. I had a very nice king size room that exceeded all my needs, including a comfortable desk. The lobby was also very comfortable and a nice alternative for work. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The rooms were clean and the staff was beyond amazing. Our room was always tidyed up after coming back for the day. Our housekeeper was the swertest woman ever and always ensures we had everything we needed. We would absolutley stay here again."
