Loved the staff, they were very helpful! Didn’t love the bedding, the duvet was very thin and lumpy…other than that the room was good, bathroom had great lighting. I do wish there was more space to put up our suitcases.

We stayed two nights at this location during the Eras tour and it was excellent! The staff was very friendly, the cookie upon checkin was delicious and the rooms were clean! We took advantage of the sauna in the evenings as well! It was nice to see the hotel embrace the Eras tour dates with themed activities in the lobby!

Very nice rooms with spacious, comfortable bed. Fantastic central location. The only reason they don't get 5's is because of the strong scent of there bath products which permeated the entire room. I am not usually very sensitive to odours but I personally found the small very unpleasant, to the point that I kept the bathrrom extraction fan on all night and went out to buy some scent to mask it. But otherwise it was great and I would go back.
