Great experience for an overnight needing to be close to the hospitals. Great restraunt and helpful staff, made the trip to the hospital easier and could park our car and walk five mins to the hospital instead of driving around downtown.

My room was clean and I have pretty high standards. Also, I requested a pair of slippers and they were delivered quickly. The pool area wasn't as clean, but the water was warm and relaxing.

Room has seen better days. Bath tub stained. Difficulty adjusting heat in room - blasting cold air on arrival. Facilities came to room quickly and were able to adjust temp control - sticky buttons. Still upset that Hilton placed charged my card on booking via Expedia even though I had selected pay at hotel. Despite contacting hotel prior to arrival, it was still an issue and front desk staff didn’t seem to understand. Very frustrating experience. Not sure what it is about Hilton hotels but again find myself wondering what self respecting tea drinker puts coffee creamer in their tea. Please provide milk sachets in room. No milk or dairy free alternatives available for sale at reception either.

had an amazing stay! the staff were great, the room was cozy and we had such a pretty view of the city! it was such an ideal location because you’re in the heart of downtown toronto, so everything was of walking distance! we were a 5 minute walk from the Eaton Centre, and there was so many good restaurants around the area! we will definitely book here again!
