parking problem the room was clean but I find the corridors very dirty always things lying around I also find that the hotel is not safe at night a lot of people in the corridors talking and outside the hotel watching you I also saw several police cars at the hotel one night and the breakfast was OK but it's not a hotel I would go to again

It was a great place to stay for a night between travel days. The staff was very helpful and kind. The airport shuttle very handy. And the buffet breakfast a nice assortment of items, including eggs and sausage.

Staff very friendly but forgetful, had to wait 1.30 at airport for shuttle, toilet was stopped up when we arrive to room, asked to get fixed, came back 4 hours later and was still plugged, again, staff very friendly but forgetful

I wasnt a fan of a drunk guy causing a disturbance at 1am outside my door, or the baby in the next room waking at 5am screaming until his siblings all woke as well and then they started running around.

Shuttle took us to Pearson airport so we could meet our party then brought us back to the motel to check out. Receptioist checked flight info and told us that the plane was 90 minutes late. Staff all very friendly. Would stay again.

Would never recommend this hotel to anyone… we were stranded at the airport for 2.5 hours due to staff not giving us proper directions regarding the shuttle. Our room was left open to the public on our first day while we were out shopping for 7 hours only lucky none of our stuff was stolen… 2 days we came back to our room not clean had to ask the desk multiple times for it to be cleaned up. Worst hotel stay I have ever had in my life.

This property is good for one night stay. It needs renovation. Breakfast is very limited and that too in disposables. Heater was not working first day. Second day on complaining again they provided a room heater. Parking was too full and had to park next door. Not recommend for families.

Key cards don’t work, replacements don’t work. Have to go to counter every time for kiosk payments and there they expect to stand in line when always one can find 10 people in line looking to check in. Not a great experience.

Great choice for a low cost stay. Shower sucked. Drains were slow. Small uncomfortable toilet. Cheap TV. Lousy TV content. Walls were thin so we heard other guests. Noisy air traffic. Free parking but no spots available. But if you looking for a low cost stay this is your place.
