We ubered to a wrong address after a long flight then take an uber to the actual location to get the keys on our first night. Super confusing :/ It was 10 min away from the original address and it was a nice neighborhood but would've been better if there is a clear communication when checking in. "

"The property is poorly maintained. Ali was so helpful, easy check in and out. Location is great. But the condo unit looks old and poorly maintained. Cupboards was dirty. No kitchen and hand towels. Cups have some coffee or tea stains. Two of my guests move to a hotel due to false fire alarms for so many times and window blinds are broken and no blockout curtains.. "

Underground parking, access to gym, pool, mini golf and theater in the building. For us it is definitely a better choice than staying in a traditional hotel.
