The property was spacious and clean and in an excellent location literally steps from the CN tower. Super walkable and easy walk to get to train if needed even w luggage. The space has everything you need and, what you don’t have, you can get nearby. Check in was a bit confusing as they have 2 buildings and indicated we were checking in at one but it turned out to be the other:however, they’re next door so not inconvenient. The check in/security staff aren’t the most friendly or helpful but, otherwise, great stay.

The apartment does not appear to be the same as shown on the website. The cleaning was terrible. It was very dusty. One of the days there was no hot water and we couldn't take a shower. The glass doors were all dirty. The bed's headboard was shaking and making a lot of noise, and the mattress made a lot of noise every time it moved on the bed. We couldn't sleep well. The pillows were of the worst quality. The price we paid didn't compete with the quality of the property. We are very sad.

Very nice place, great location perfect during TIFF, everything was within walking distance, safe lively atmosphere but not loud. Check-in was easy but only got one key. 8th floor room was nice and clean, great view of the streets and CN tower, can even see a bit of the lake. Only problem was the microwave (didn't work) and there was no place to put the shampoo and soap inside the shower stall. But overall was a great overnight stay.

Excellent location, roof top swimming pool..next to the prime attraction in Toronto. We had a good time. Few things I’m not happy there was property charges apart from the charges that showed in Expedia. Then late checkout will be on extra charges. Which almost cost me as much as hotel room.300 .
