"The front desk staff were friendly and efficient; very responsive. Housekeeping staff were fantastic! The room was very modern and comfortable. Our view was nice - city view with perfect view of CN Tower, but prefer the view of the harbourfront we had on a previous stay. The only issue we had is that our family of 4 had difficulty plugging in all of our devices (2 needed to access to work emails and laptops during our stay). The staff did provide an extension cord. We really enjoyed our stay. This hotel is very near CN Tower, Rogers center, Harbourfront, and downtown. They have a small giftshop onsite run a lovely gentleman. Easily walk to tons of dining and entertainment options. Paid parking is available onsite. I highly recommend this hotel! "

"Visited for the eras tour and was very impressed with the amount of organization and communication surrounding the entire weekend. Hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Restaurant in the lobby served amazing food. Location was fantastic, right downtown and everything was in walking distance. On our check out day, we had a late departure time and the front desk let us store our luggage after check out so we didn’t have to carry it around. Overall highly recommend this hotel! "
