We spent a night here last minute for an event close by. We appreciated the convenience and ease of checking in, and having our vehicle valet. The room was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The fold out sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and we had to ask for blankets. Provided were two sheets and two pillows. No blanket nor duvet. The bed had loose sequins between the sheets which made us suspect that the bed had not been serviced at all.

The property overall was a great experience, however, on their site they highlight free self serve parking which gives the impression of no fee parking but that was not the case… only 50$ later did we learn that unfortunately misleading statement.

The room was quite loud because of the train tracks nearby. Also we booked this hotel specifically for the pool but the pool was closed for both days that we were they so we were disappointed. They didn't communicate that the pool was closed until we arrived.

Have stayed at this hotel 4 times now and absolutely love it. Staff greets you when you pull up, room was upgraded, super clean, great breakfast . Will definitely stay here every time we come to Toronto !!!!
