"We had a beautiful one bedroom suite at the Peridot Grand. Yes, it is a luxury hotel. The entrance is grand and the lobby has beautiful decor. There are 4 reception desks so checking in and out was quick. Our room was spacious with a gorgeous marble bathroom. We loved the rooftop Skybar with an incredible view and great drinks. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of Western and Asian options. The hotel is very centrally located in the old Quarter of Hanoi and we walked everywhere. We highly recommend staying here!"

Subeo the customer service manager went beyond by booking our river cruise and having birthday cake, flowers and special room decorations for our birthday celebration. . She even had a breakfast to go for our early check out. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Room is very nice and clean. Rooftop pool is relaxing. My second stay in this hotel it keeps getting better "

"The resort hotel is unlike any other in the area. It has very pleasing and tranquil Japanese style. It is huge with two water parks (free outdoor, paid indoor), several nice restaurants, a beach club and beach facilities. Infinity pool and jacuzzi onsen on the roof are really relaxing with beautiful views. The hotel room was very spacious with iving area and balcony with onsen and connecting door to the large bathroom. Everyone in the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd come back again. It is highly recommended."

"Next to the Saigon Central mall, and a few blocks from Ben Thanh market - the biggest array of shops in the city. Our only complaint was that there was no power plug in the bathroom. Strange."
