Hotels with smoking rooms in Norfolk

"Best Western Brook Norwich Hotel check in experience I booked a family room. I came with a heavy luggage and two young children (2y and 4y). My room was on 2nd floor. I found it isn’t convenient that there is no lift because it is not easy to carry the luggage through stairs while looking after two children on stairs. There was a slight walk way from reception and the stairs. The lighting is a bit dark. My two children were scared of walking through it. I wish the lighting can be as bright...

"Our room was clean and tidy on arrival, few paint chips noticed around the room, especially in bathroom and on bathroom door, these are easily fixed and should be done prior to any guests arrival. More pillows should be available if needed, as my partner felt two were not sufficient to accommodate her sleep. TV in room had infrequent digital reception and the remote control does not allow full access to all of the TV, the TV itself is also very dated and does not have internet access...

"Did not stay as had email message 1 day before that they are nit with expedia and not doing business sonce 2016 This the 3rd time in short span That booking has been cancelled for reasons for which expedia or hotel been responsible , all on record , asked for compensation but wasignored by expedia agent , very very disappointed "
