"Lovely dog friendly site with easy access to the beach. Caravan needs a little TLC, bathrooms clean but kitchen not so. We couldn’t get the oven to work (could be user error) but we ate out in the end. Towels not there on arrival but delivered the next morning, however no hand towels or bath mats. Communication from the host was great from booking onwards. We had a nice holiday, thank you."

"Good stay in a nice quiet bungalow suitable for the family. Communications after booking were good. It would be better if Hotels.com highlighted the hidden fees, if they knew of them. Early check-in/late checkout charges are common place. But fees for towels, bedding and the use of the hot tub in the garden less so. If you want the basics then use this place as it is good value and you don’t mind taking your own stuff with you. If you want the ‘extras’ it’d likely be cheaper to book elsewhere. "

"What a lovely place to stay for north Norfolk. The host was so helpful and welcoming. One of the most important things which need to be right when you stay away is the comfort of the bed. This bed, for us, comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. It was also a good size with a 4 chair dining table. The living room was equally comfortable. "It was a lovely short break for my family to celebrate my father's 73rd birthday. The caravan was very well equipped and very clean. Perfect design for a comfortable family holiday. Would highly recommend. Thank you"

"Beautiful property, plenty of space and lots to keep you entertained. The house was very clean and tidy with very comfy beds. Plenty of kitchen wear they only thing we may suggest is some form of cleaning product as it wasnt something we thought of bringing with us. But other than was a great weekend and highly reccomend.
