"Had a really lovely stay with my daughters for 2 nights, clean rooms and comfy beds and great location to access lapland UK and Harry Potter studios. Friendly helpful staff and they even put chocolates and balloons on the bed for my daughters birthday which was lovely. The only down fall was we were told that breakfast finishes at 10.30am on the weekend and we went there at 10.10am and it had stopped at 10. "The Hotel was fantastic and the gym was great, nice and clean, the staff were friendly, there was construction work being carried out on the side of the hotel, but know noise when I stay, I would definitely stay again."

"I had a very pleasant stay there and the staff were very helpful. The slightly annoying thing was the bulb for the bedside lamp needed replacing and the room was very cramped. I probably won't stay the night there again but will consider having a drink and a meal there if I'm in the area."

Amazing hotel. Amazing Staff

"Fantastic service from start to finish, all members of staff literally could not so enough for us. We stayed in the Executive Suite in Mansion House. Room was extremely spacious and because it was our wedding anniversary, there were a lot of personal touches in the room like welcome gifts, balloons etc which was greatly appreciated. Food options were slightly limited but they were fine for our stay. Breakfast was lovely and had lots of options! We will definitely be staying here again… Thank you to everyone for making our stay an amazing experience. The only issue is, how is this hotel only a 3.5 Star hotel and not rated as a 5 Star because that’s what the hotel and staff deserve because at every step, they gave us 5 Star service! "
