"We were disappointed in that we paid for a Riverview and when we got all the way up to our room, it was not a very good River view. I know what a good river view is just we have stayed there many times. And it’s not like the hotel was really full and that was the best they could do. Disappointing that the front desk doesn’t give gas Better rooms when they check in. What do they care? Tommy in the Cove was fantastic. great service, friendly, and professional."

"The location is excellent. Right on the strip. We stayed 3 nights. Only had room service 1 day and the floors were not cleaned. There is no coffee in the room which makes for a horrible morning. It would be nice to have a coffee maker. A frig would also be nice. Coffee by the elevators is $8.00 for a large coffee. Beds are quite comfortable. You pay a lot for your resort fees. This only includes 2 devices for wifi. Really?? Express check in and out was easy and much more convenient than...
