"We only stayed one night before our flight back home. We chose this hotel because it is well located near St. Joseph Cathedral and Hoan Kiem lake. The rooms are rather spacious and comfortable. Customer service is good, Thanks to Sulli and Jimmy at the front desk. We had to leave very early in the morning and the hotel packed take away breakfast for us. All in all, we enjoyed our short stay. Love the location. "

The rooms are well insulated there is NO street noise at all in this hotel, because street noise is a major problem in many other Hanoi hotels. Free minibar is convenient, and rooftop pool is great for many hot days"
