"Except for being next to a hospital and the noise and traffic associated with it, it is in a very convenient location with access to many restaurants and Hanoi’s old quarters. Be sure ti ask for a high-level floor to minimize the road noise. Hotel is a bit dated but is still very good with very helpful and courteous staff. "

"Check in was smooth, property is clean and very comfortable. Small shopping mall next door for simple groceries and food. Need to take grab to most places, grab is easy and not expensive. Front desk was helpful, particularly Eva who went the extra mile to ensure our trip was enjoyable giving suggestions and also helping to organise with tour "

"I felt like i lived in my apartment. Spacious as described in the website along with laundry helps to plan the stay as intended. Front office staff's are very helpful. They guide me whenever i need their support including in arranging a taxi for intercity trip, which costs way lower than Grab. Over all, i wouldn't look for other property to stay in Hanoi. "

"Clean and spacious room. Freindly staff, good housekeeping. Nice to have a washing machine in the room. Although I didn't use it. It's quiet around the hotel. The front entrance is located in a wide alleyway. Big windows you can open. Bed and pillow is comfortable, medium firm. Only bad thing is that the shower tub is very tall and tricky to climb in and out of. Also, when you shower, the water will run over the tub and onto the floor. As a gold member, I asked about free upgrade. But the staff...

"Good hotel in a good location"

"I stayed here last month for a night. I was quite surprised by their service. They learnt my name and my route just in a morning. It was very touching when they offered a cold welcome drink and fresh towel in the hot day in Hanoi. Lovely hotel!"

"Very clean place. Very modern. Feels like a mini condo. View out of the window was virtually non existent but doesn't matter. Still get lots of natural lighting. There's a chicken or cockatoo that will wake you up at 4am straight through till 8am or so though. And it's off the main road so you'll be hearing cars and bikes throughout the day. Normal if you're used to Vietnam city culture but could be jarring if you're expecting a quiet stay. It's walkable to a few places but at the same time...

"Central location close to Lotte Mall, old town, US embassy. The staff are very friendly, super efficient, and very helpful. Very safe for solo travellers. Coffee shop with fast internet at hotel entry. Having an apartment makes a big difference for extended stays. Breakfast was really good heaps of food options. Lunch and dinner also available. "

"The apartment was not as fancy as I initially thought but it still had everything we needed and had very nice beds and showers. The staff were EXTREMELY helpful and responsive-they made sure we always had everything we needed. I would totally stay here again if I returned to Hanoi"

"We were three sisters and a daughter and booked to stay at this hotel on our return from Halong Bay prior to flying home. We wanted to stay somewhere in the old Quarter. So thrilled we Chose this boutique hotel. We felt we were welcomed into a family. The welcome we got at reception was excellent. Thankyou Anna. The paper with vietnamese translations. And also what the different foods were was so helpful. Thankyou Anna for all your advice and help with restaurant bookings even sending one of your staff to the pharmacy to translate for us. Above & beyond. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. Reminded me of hotels I've stayed in in Paris. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Would definitely recommend this hotel to those preferring a smaller more personalised place. Would stay here again."

"Royal Palace located in the Old Quarter. It's a new hotel, clean and pleasant. The rooms are big , modern, clean ,with all the facilities you need and the buffet breakfast is fresh and tasty. The day manager, Jimmi is professional ,helpful, patient and caring. He assisted us a lot during our stay without pushing anything and provided us with very good advices and options. We felt at hoom and our stay there was wonderful. "
