"This is our second trip to El Faro. The staff is superb and their attitude and hospitality is excellent! My only concern is that the buildings areas must have a more detail attention to maintenance as we noticed the rusting around the buildings more than the last time we were here. But overall we will comeback! "

"The staff was very helpful when it came to accommodating my family. We were a large group and some of us made plans to eat at ElCarey & LaTortuga. When most of the family members got there (this would be the restaurant as you look at the omelette section, it would be on your right hand side), we decided to all eat together. The evening staff was great. They moved tables (there was approximately 24 of us), got a cake, sang happy birthday with musical instruments and entertain us, they were wonderful. "
