"O resort é maravilhoso, comidas excelentes. O Johanser Mazara, Guess experience specialist me ajudou muito com as reservas dos restaurantes e me supriu em tudo o que eu precisei. Uma dica eles tem um plano que é platinum que você paga $60 por dia a mais e tem alguns benefícios. Eu optei por não pegar esse plano e manter o normal e vou te falar que não fez muita diferença. No el mercado as comidas eram deliciosas. Se você espera um bar transparente e bem azul você não vai encontrar ali, a água não é tão clara igual do Caribe, mais deu para aproveitar muito. Pegue Uber do aeroporto para o resort, fica muito mais barato do que ordenar um táxi."

"We should mention that we also went to the sister El Carmen resort, and others unrelated in DR Not to compare. The service in the resort was superb, their team made every effort to accommodate us. Yeah, it's a 5 star hotel and yes dress code for some restaurant is expected. Since we celebrated our anniversary as a special occasion, the resort upgraded us for a romantic dinner at their club members-only restaurant Magna. We had an incredible romantic dinner, which included an amazing tomahawk steak among other delicious food. This was a nice gesture of hospitality. Their menus at various restaurants were very good with Chez Isabelle taking the top spot. Ceviche oh yes! Sushi is commonly served at the buffet, and there are a wide variety of food choices, from high-quality delicate gourmet to finger foods. I'm aware that not everyone likes the same food and some are more critical about food choices. The shows were very entertaining with the magic show top notch. Pool activities were as usual as in other resorts. Pool launch beds were very comfortable, you'll need to get up early to secure one. Although there was a red flag on the beach during our stay, you were still allowed to enter. A very nice and quiet beach can be found by walking 5 minutes to the right. Plenty of seating at the beach. Launch chairs at the beach were separated from each other, providing more space. The room wasn’t as new as the Carmen resort, but the resort itself was more intimate with beautiful grounds"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lopesan Costa Bávaro, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The hotel itself is a stunning piece of architecture, with beautiful landscapes and a serene atmosphere that immediately puts you in vacation mode. The service throughout the resort was impeccable, particularly in the buffet and various restaurants. One standout was Christopher Gonzalez, who was doing great ice cream rolls—such a fun and delicious treat! The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly accommodating, making sure that every meal was enjoyable. Additionally, another gentleman at the front desk, who spoke four or five languages, was exceptionally nice and helpful, enhancing our overall experience. However, I did have a negative encounter with Jose Alicia, who was in charge of the Bali beds at the pool. He was quite rude and even threatened to call security on us, despite the fact that it was our first day and we hadn’t done anything wrong. We had simply placed our belongings on a Bali bed because all other sunbeds were occupied. His approach could have been more polite, as there are definitely better ways to interact with guests than resorting to threats. This incident left my daughter feeling very scared, which was unfortunate and overshadowed the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. On a positive note, the food was consistently great, offering a wide variety of options that catered to different taste"
