Beach Resorts in Dominican Republic

"This was our first time in Punta Cana. Unfortunately this place has very little maintenance, if any. From what we heard, it’s a fairly new construction, however; the place is in bad shape - the kitchen has door handles missing and broken tiles. The AC and stove did not work. The place also needs painting. The beach in itself is beautiful. We had a great view. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly. However, their office does not open until 10am which makes it very inconvenient to check out...

The bed was uncomfortable, curved, and didn’t fit the frame properly. The noise level was unbearable, with thin walls that didn’t block any sound, making it difficult to sleep. Not as advertised... "
