"The hotel was absolutely beautiful beyond words. It’s situated right in the middle of nature and you can see the ocean from many points of the property. There are several beautiful pools. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We saw so much wildlife on the hotel grounds: sloths, monkeys, frogs, etc. Staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. "Liked the Property but I was entertaining 3 Friends early for one night before our weeks Condo. stay, the bathroom tub was so discusting I have a picture, The worse was the phone line did not work and we were cut off from all communication. When a neighbor heard of the problem called from her cell, they then said they were not coming that night Friday, but will be there 9am Sat. am I let them know we were checking out at 11 so do not come at 9am.
