"Location is great. Facilities are great. Front desk great. Felt that hot water did not last sufficiently long for a family of 4. Had golf cart parked on our parking space and when we tried driving around it to get to our unit we scratched car on the hedges which is unfortunate as it is a rental car. Some issues with bugs getting into the house which we had to remove as one of the members in our family was bug phobic. "

I told the front desk; they said they would look into it; but nothing was done. In addition, the TV didn’t work on the third day that we were there. "We had a great stay at Casa Federico. Our check-in was flawless even though we got in a bit after 10:00pm thanks to Rey who waited for us to make sure we got in safely. The Casa has a fabulous view of the ocean and the Sunset is outstanding! The condo is mostly outside so you may get a few bugs and critters visiting you during your stay. If you don’t have a car the climb up the hill is quite steep but doable. "

"Located in the heart of Santa Teresa, this was a decent stop for a couple of nights. Bear in mind it is located directly off the main strip, so it is quite loud at all times. That being said, the property is extremely walkable with all amenities close by, and no 4x4 required to access unlike some of the other properties located up the hill. . The living room AC kept the unit cool, and the equipped kitchen was appreciated. Decent price for the space, and property rep was very responsive."
